<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that realizes prevention of backlash occurrence and reduction of sliding friction without increasing the number of components in a driving unit which uses a feed screw shaft to drive a movable member supported by a rolling element in a rolling manner.SOLUTION: A driving unit comprises: a stationary member 101 that includes a guide part 1011; a movable member 102 that includes a guide part 1021 facing the guide part 1011 and moves by being guided to the stationary member 101 through rolling of multiple rolling elements 1052 to be arranged between the guide parts 1021 and 1011; a feed screw shaft 103 that is screwed onto the movable member 102 and moves the movable member 102 when being rotationally driven by a driving source; and a magnet 106 that generates urging force in a mutually approaching direction between the stationary member 101 and the movable members 102, uses this urging force to hold the rolling elements 1052 between the stationary member 101 and the movable member 102, and urges a portion of the movable member 102, onto which the feed screw shaft 103 is screwed, toward the feed screw shaft 103. The respective rolling elements 1052 are in two-point contact with the guide part 1011 and are in two-point contact with the guide part 1021.</p> |
