<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which can switch to a power-saving state suitable for current usage condition and to provide a method and program therefor.SOLUTION: An electronic device according to an embodiment has first control means which switches a plurality of setting items to a power-saving state from a normal state altogether upon receiving a switch request, and second control means which controls the first control means, based on history information that shows a usage history of each service during a predetermined period of time and setting item usage information that shows all services in association with setting items that can be used when using each of the services, such that the setting items corresponding to services that are still being used are not switched to the power-saving state but are kept in the normal state.</p> |
