<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of verifying the anteroposterior relationship of divided contents, in addition to falsification and replacement of the divided contents when content is divided and stored in multiple semiconductor media. <P>SOLUTION: A memory card 3 stores a segment file 36 and series information 32 that includes segment information 33 including a reference hash value of the segment file 36 and next segment information 34 including a next reference hash value of another segment file 36 which is to be reproduced next. A reproducer 2 reads the series information 32 from the memory card 3, stores the series information 32 in the time-series order, and verifies a hash value of a present segment file with a reference hash value in the series information 32, and with a next reference hash value in preceding series information 32.
