<p>In order to appropriately control indoor air flow in various installation environments and to stably purify air in the entire room, this air purifier (1) is provided with a casing (2), an inlet (4), an outlet (5), a fan device (6), a deodorizing filter (10), a dust collection filter (11), a movable louver (12), a drive unit (13), a swing mechanism (14), an internal detection device (15), an external detection device (16), a control device (18), etc. The movable louver (12) vertically changes the airflow direction of air blown out from the outlet (5) between the forwards and upwards, and the swing mechanism (14) changes said airflow direction horizontally. The external detection device (16) detects room information including at least the distance to the walls of the room. Further, on the basis of the detection results of the room information, the control device (18) controls at least one of the airflow parameters, which include the airflow direction, airflow amount and airflow speed of the blown-out air, so as to create a circulating current such that after circulating in the room, the blown-out air returns to the position of the air purifier (1).</p> |
