PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a master unit to efficiently and surely receive pieces of information transmitted from a plurality of slave units, in a short time.SOLUTION: A radio communication device 100 comprises: a plurality of slave units 2; and a master unit 1 which can wirelessly intercommunicate with the plurality of slave units. The master unit 1 comprises: an instruction information transmission unit 11 which can simultaneously transmit single communication frames including information for some slave units 2 among the plurality of salve units 2; and a data information reception unit 12 which receives pieces of data information from the plurality of slave units 2 in order.
