<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle that makes the motor cooling and connection and disconnection operation of a hydraulic clutch executable without trouble, without making the oil supply run short, and controls the capacity increase of the oil pump for the oil supply and can prevent beforehand a negative effect such as fuel consumption deterioration caused by the capacity increase. <P>SOLUTION: When there is a connection instruction of a clutch 3 (S6 is Yes), an open/close valve 26 is closed, and after the oil supply to the motor 4 is interrupted (S16), the clutch 3 is connected and operated (S14). There is no obstacle in the motor cooling since the interruption of the oil supply is limited in the connection operation of the clutch 3, and the oil supply quantity necessary for the connection operation of the clutch 3 is secured by the restriction of this oil supply.
