<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic image diagnostic apparatus which can perform restriction, avoidance, warning notification of push pulse transmission to a portion in which acoustic influence is feared.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic image diagnostic apparatus comprises: an ultrasonic probe 11 which transmits/receives an ultrasonic wave to/from an analyte; a transmission part 12 which transmits a driving signal for generating a push pulse to the ultrasonic probe, a reception part 12 which receives a detection signal obtained by detecting a shear wave generated with the push pulse by the probe, an area of interest setting part 191 which sets an area of interest to which the push pulse is emitted on an ultrasonic image, an inhibition area setting part 192 which sets an inhibition area for avoiding the irradiation of the push pulse, and a transmission area determination part 193 which determines whether or not the area of interest is included in the inhibition area.</p> |
