PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inhibitors of 5-α reductase type 2 production, enhancers for HGF production and enhancers for Wnt5a production those having little adverse effects, safe and excellent in effects.SOLUTION: An inhibitor of 5-α reductase type 2 production of the invention comprises a pine bark extract as the effective component. An enhancer of HGF production comprises a pine bark extract as the effective component. An inhibitor of 5-α reductase type 2 production comprises caffeine as the effective component. An enhancer of Wnt5a production comprises caffeine as the effective component.
