PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning management system capable of always performing cleaning suitable to a cleaning site and improving a satisfaction level of a building user while suppressing an increase in cleaning cost.SOLUTION: Arbitrary information relating to a cleaning object provided by a building user is input from a building user terminal 10, and a cleaning work amount based on the provided information is calculated by a cleaning specification change processing part 58 of a cleaning management server 50, and a cleaning specification changed to the calculated cleaning work amount is prepared. As a result, for example, even when the cleaning specification prepared upon concluding a cleaning consignment contract does not match a cleaning site in an ex-post manner due to a change in the number of building users and use environments, the specification is changed to a new cleaning specification in which the cleaning work amount is appropriately revised based on the provided information from the building user so that the cleaning work suitable to the cleaning side can be always performed, and this allows complaints from the building user to be reduced. |
