Within the refreshing beverage, the content of glutamic acid contained in the tomato squeezed juice is 0.01 pts.mass to 0.05 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass of water, and the content of the at least one selected from sodium citrate and potassium citrate is 0.08 pts.mass to 0.32 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass of water. The ratio between the content of glutamic acid and the content of the at least one selected from sodium citrate and potassium citrate is 1:4.8 to 1:16.0. |
