<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker that is able to boil water required for cooking.SOLUTION: A control circuit 50 calculates a prescribed temperature gradientΔT-low from the temperatureΔT of a pot bottom estimated temperature TH-y. Thereafter, theΔT andΔT-low are compared. WhenΔT is equal to or lower thanΔT-low, the power of a right heating coil 20 is switched to second set power lower than first set power, and heat insulation is carried out. When the pot bottom estimated temperature TH-y is equal to or higher than a prescribed temperature after a second set time has passed from the start of heat insulation, first-stage boiling is completed. When the TH-y is lower than the prescribed temperature after a second set time from the start of the heat insulation, the power of a heating coils is switched to third set power higher than the second set power but not higher than the first set power so that the TH-y has the prescribed temperature or above. Thereafter, first-stage boiling is completed.</p> |
