PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus, a determination method, and a program capable of detecting a train movement state.SOLUTION: A portable telephone includes: an acceleration sensor 21 for detecting an acceleration speed; a geomagnetic sensor 22 for detecting magnetism; and a control unit 41 for determining the kind of a movement state including a stop state and a train movement state on the basis of the acceleration speed detected by the acceleration sensor 21 and the magnetism detected by the geomagnetic sensor 22. The acceleration sensor 21 may be configured as a triaxial type for detecting the acceleration speeds in an X-axis direction, a Y-axis direction, and a Z-axis direction, for example, so as to detect the acceleration speed (a) on the basis of force (F) applied from an outside of the portable telephone and the mass (m) of the portable telephone 1. |
