<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of positive electrode mixture paste capable of obtaining positive electrode mixture paste with excellent cell characteristics and stable dispersion characteristics by controlling a dispersibility of the paste with a coagulation volume measured with a viscometer as an index. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive agent 1 and a binder solution 2 are put in a mixture tank 4, stirred with a stirring means 5, and are put under pre-kneading for a given period of time. Then, a positive electrode active material 3 is added to be put under kneading for a given period. Finally, a solvent is added to be dispersed for a given period of time.
