PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder magnetic core of low loss and high strength even under the environment of high temperature and high humidity.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a powder magnetic core is characterized in that amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder and low-melting glass are mixed, and press-molding processing is performed on the mixture thereof to produce a compact. First heat treatment is performed on the compact obtained by the press-molding processing, the compact on which the first heat treatment has been performed is caused to impregnate an impregnant containing an inorganic material, and second heat treatment is performed on the compact impregnating the impregnant containing the organic material at a temperature equal to or higher than 350°C and lower than a crystallization temperature of the amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder. When mixing the amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder and the low-melting glass, a lubricative resin can be added. Press-molding processing can be performed in the mixture of the amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder and the low-melting glass while adding a binding resin thereto. The impregnant containing the inorganic material, a silane coupling agent is available. |
