PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional board for packaging provided with a water repellent layer or a white colored layer in such a manner that moisture infiltrates into the pulp layer of the surface layer and the colored layer of the intermediate layer is not transparently shown.SOLUTION: In the functional board for packaging in which the space between two pulp layers is provided with a colored layer, the space between the pulp layer obtained by laminating a film to be peeled upon use and the colored layer is provided with a water repellent layer of repelling water infiltrated from the pulp layer peeled from the laminate film or a white colored layer of masking the hue of the colored layer.
