<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is difficult to properly monitor a device state of a radio communication terminal operating with a battery.SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal which operates with a battery and is identified by terminal identification information, comprises: information collection means which encodes information about a terminal state including residual power information of the battery, and attaches the encoded terminal state information to the terminal identification information; and a short range radio communication unit which transmits the terminal identification information to which the terminal state information is attached.</p> |
