<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure ensuring stabilized lighting over a long term, by suppressing early depletion of an emitter due to temperature rise of a negative electrode, in a double end short arc flash lamp where a pair of main electrodes constituting a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and a pair of starting aid electrodes are arranged in a luminous tube, and a sealing glass tube is inserted into a sealing tube at one end of the luminous tube, and welded in place.SOLUTION: A negative electrode includes an emitter, and the volume of the negative electrode is larger than that of a positive electrode.</p> |
