PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener for fixing a waterproof sheet, which can prevent a screw body from being loosened and turned with respect to a substrate with repeated vibrations.SOLUTION: A screw body is screwed into a substrate B so that a coating layer 2 made of a material softer than a component for a thread 11a can be sandwiched between a screw hole Bh of a metal substrate B1 and the thread 11a of the screw body. Thus, even when vibrations are transmitted to the screw body from the substrate B by repeated wind pressure and the like, the screw body is fixed to the substrate B in such a manner as to be unrotatable in a direction of looseness.
