<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily and safely collect logs, and enable a user to easily browse the collected logs. <P>SOLUTION: A log collection system comprises a first device, a second device and a third device. The first device comprises means for storing a first user identifier, a first temporary identifier which has greater encryption strength than the first user identifier, and attribute information in association, respectively. The second device comprises: means for storing a second user identifier indicating the same user as the first user identifier, and a second temporary identifier which has greater encryption strength than the second user identifier in association; and means for acquiring first conversion log data by converting the second user identifier included in log data into the second temporary identifier. The third device comprises: means for storing the first temporary identifier and the second temporary identifier in association; and means for extracting the first temporary identifier corresponding to the second temporary identifier included in the first conversion log data.
