The present invention provides a nucleic acid extraction device, which comprises a base, an outer shell connected to the base and a device main body that is located inside the outer shell and installed on the base, wherein the device main body comprises first, second, and third motors and an operating station that is fixed to the base. The first motor is fixed to the base; the second and third motors can be driven by the first motor to move relatively to the base; and the operating station comprises a clamp used for automatically fixing a deep-hole plate and a heating apparatus for heating the deep-hole plate. The nucleic acid extraction device in the present invention is high in acid extraction efficiency, high in operation precision and good in stability.
