This sanitary equipment unit is provided with: first sanitary equipment; a plurality of second sanitary equipment differing from the first sanitary equipment; a partition wall that includes a wall-finishing member and that partitions at least one of the first sanitary equipment and the plurality of second sanitary equipment; a plurality of first support members disposed at the periphery of the first sanitary equipment; and a plurality of first affixing members respectively provided to a desired position of the plurality of first support members and able to affix the plurality of second sanitary equipment and the wall-finishing member. The sanitary equipment unit is disposed in the living space of a building.
