The present invention relates to a method and a device for correcting cache profiling information in a multi-pass simulator. The method for correcting cache profiling information includes the steps of: storing a first cache snap shot including profiling information about a cache when a first process is completed in a cycle accurate simulator; storing a second cache snap shot including profiling information of a cache when a second process is performed in the cycle accurate simulator; re-adjusting cache hit and cache miss values in the second cache snap shot of the second process by comparing the second cache snap shot of the second process and the first cache snap shot of the first process; and correcting the cache profiling information stored in the first cache snap shot of the first process by reflecting the re-adjustment of the values in the second cache snap shot of the second process.
