<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load platform lifting/lowering device in which a stopper can automatically be retracted from a projected position to a retracted position in conjunction with a folding operation of a load platform, and thereby the trouble caused when the load platform is further folded or retracted as in a halfway folded state is prevented in advance.SOLUTION: Component plates D1-D3 of a load platform are brought into hinge connections H1, H2 with each other so as to take an expanded state lined up in one line horizontally substantially and a folded state overlapped vertically. A stopper S turnable between a retracted position SB and a projected position SA is pivotally supported in the first plate D1 at the tip side of the load platform. The stopper S is biased to the side of the projected position SA by biasing means 20. A guide surface Gf engaged with the stopper S of the projected position SA and guiding the stopper S to the retracted position SB against the biasing means 20 in the middle of operation for overlapping the first plate D1 on a load receiving surface Df of the second plate D2 for folding a load platform D is provided in a second plate D2 adjacent to the first plate D1.</p> |
