PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system, and a method that make it easy to restore setting information by reliably backing up the setting information on a communication device.SOLUTION: A communication device 103 includes: a backup memory 151 that stores setting information as backup information; and a control unit 401 that regularly uploads the backup information to a monitoring control device, changes the setting information when receiving a setting command, and transmits a response including change information on a changed part to the monitoring control device. The monitoring control device 101 includes: a backup memory 153 that stores the backup information regularly updated by the communication device; a backup memory 154 that stores, as backup information, setting information generated on the basis of the change information received from the communication device; and a control unit 201 that compares the backup information in the backup memory 153 and the backup information in the backup memory 154, and checks correctness of the setting information. |
