<p>Disclosed in the present invention is a method for detecting the single nucleotide polymorphism sequence of TERT promoter, comprising the steps of: PCR amplifying the gene of TERT promoter using a genomic DNA to be detected containing the gene of TERT promoter as the template and primer pair P as primers; sequencing the PCR product using Sanger sequencing method; and comparing the sequence of the PCR product with the sequence of the gene of normal TERT promoter to obtain the single nucleotide polymorphism of TERT promoter.</p> |
