The present invention relates to a semiconductor memory device, a memory system including the same, and an operating method thereof. The semiconductor memory device comprises: a memory cell array including a plurality of memory cells; a peripheral circuit unit leading lower beat data and upper beat data of selected memory cells and adjacent memory cells among a plurality of memory cells, and generating pattern flag data using led lower beat data and upper beat data; and a control logic controlling the peripheral circuit unit to set lead voltage applied to the selected memory cells according to the pattern flag data.
