The present invention relates to a vibration reducing apparatus for a radar mast (15) of a ship having an excitation source (10) comprising: a vibration sensing portion (20) detecting a vibrational state of the excitation source (10) and the radar mast (15); a vibration reducing portion (30) having a mass body (33) which is possible to vary a location inside the radar mast (15); and a control portion (40) changing a natural frequency of the radar mast (15) due to a location variation of the mass body (33) corresponding to a signal of the vibration sensing portion (20). Accordingly, the present invention can avoid resonance by an excitation frequency by causing a change of the natural frequency by the location variation of the mass body while maintaining a shape of the radar mast on the ship such as a merchant ship, etc.
