Provided are a vehicle for an ink for inkjet recording using a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin produced by suspension polymerization as a binder resin, the vehicle being excellent in adhesion to a polyvinyl chloride resin sheet and in stability of ejection from a recording head, a production method for the vehicle, and an inkjet cartridge. A solution in which the binder resin is dissolved in a solvent to such a level that there is no problem concerning the stability of continuous ejection by an inkjet head is produced by performing ultrasonic wave irradiation or media dispersion after mixing the solvent and the binder resin. An excellent non-aqueous inkjet ink is provided by adding a pigment and a diluting solvent to the solution in an ink-producing step and an excellent ink cartridge for storing the ink is also provided.
