Disclosed is a current profiler on a sea-bed and system for warning a location breakaway having level maintenance function using a motion sensor. The current profiler on a sea-bed for checking the direction and velocity of ocean current includes a body, a motion sensor, a mounting state correcting device and a horizontal control part. The motion sensor detects the horizontal state of a sea-bed and outputs a horizontal state signal. The mounting state correcting device controls the tilt of the body and maintains the horizontal state of the body. The horizontal control part controls the mounting state correcting device based on the horizontal state signal. Thereby, a distance between the sea-bed and the bottom of the current profiler on a sea-bed can be controlled by the control of the horizontal control part. Accordingly, the current profiler on a sea-bed can be horizontally installed at the sea.
