The present invention relates to an enhancing method of tolerance in plants to viral disease by soybean mosaic virus, comprising a step of transforming to a recombinant plant RNAi expression vector containing a helper component-proteinase (HC-Pro) gene derived from the soybean mosaic virus, transforming a resistance enhanced plant to the viral disease by soybean mosaic virus, a seed thereof, and the vector to the plants, and inducing gene silencing of the HC-Pro gene. |
