The device (1) is an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus comprising a cleaning tank (2), one or more ultrasonic generators (10a), for producing ultrasonic waves in the tank, one or more inlet and outlet openings (3) for guiding a cleaning liquid (9) through a fluid channelling system comprising one or more ducts (4) into said tank (2), the device (1) comprising one or more pumps (6) for pumping the liquid (9) into and out of the tank (2), the device further comprising one or more valves (5).
