摘要 The present invention relates to a car door impact beam manufacturing method which does not require a press, a heating device, and a cooling device when forming for the purpose of welding a flat unit on both ends of a door impact beam installed in a door of a car which meets impact resistance requirements in case when an impact strikes a side of the door. The method comprises: (S10) a step to supply base metal in plate form; (S20) a step to transport the base metal, forming a beam body by shaping the base metal to form at least one shock absorbing unit in a longitudinal direction of the base metal; (S30) a step of transporting the beam body with the shock absorbing unit, and pressing the shock absorbing unit corresponding to the flat unit of the door impact beam in steps to gradually decrease the thickness of the shock absorbing unit and shape the shock absorbing unit into a flat unit having a prescribed flat surface; and (S40) a step to transport the beam body with the shaped flat unit and completing the door impact beam shaping process by cutting the flat surface of the flat unit in the middle in a longitudinal direction to divide the flat unit into two parts.
