摘要 The present invention relates to a direct contact heat exchanger that is used in a bio-oil manufacturing system, and, specifically, to a heat exchanger for producing a bio oil by condensing gas produced by rapidly pyrolyzing a biomass, comprising: a body of which the bottom includes a member having a closed tube shape, in which an oil fills by a constant height from the bottom, and a gas exhaust pipe is mounted on one side of a top outer circumferential face; a spraying nozzle installed in one side of the top outer circumferential face of the body, which sprays liquid in the inside of the body; a gas injection tube of which one end has a tube-shaped member, and is installed to be penetrated through a top surface of the body and to be filled with an oil in the body, and of which the other end is fixed in the top surface of the body; an oil exhaust tube which has the tube-shaped member, and is installed in one side of a bottom outer circumferential face of the body; and a pump of which one end is coupled to one side of the bottom outer circumferential face of the body, and of which the other end is coupled to the spraying nozzle, which supplies the oil in the body to the top of the body. The present invention significantly enhances a compressive yield by repeating a process of converting gas into oil two times. In addition, the present invention is economical because initial installation costs can be reduced, and, further, operation costs can be reduced by not using an electrostatic precipitator.
