The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a temporary denture using an electron beam, and a temporary denture manufactured thereby, wherein a temporary denture is applied after the application of a dental implant and before the application of a denture, wherein a dental implant comprising an abutment and a fixture is applied, and after a certain time has elapsed (2 to 3 weeks), a temporary denture is applied. The present invention comprises: (a) step of mixing 55 to 94 wt% of acrylic resin, which in a liquid state, 1 to 30 wt% of zirconia powder and 5 to 15 wt% of styrene monomer acetone in a mixing vessel so as to prepare a mixture for manufacturing a block; (b) injecting the mixture in the step (a) in a block-type mold and irradiating the injected mixture with an electron beam, which is an ionization energy, and curing with browning; (c) withdrawing the cured block in the step (b) from the block type mold; (d) scanning a teeth shape of defected teeth of a dental patient and inputting the scanned values in a CAD/CAM apparatus; and (e) supplying the block in the step (c) to the CAD/CAM apparatus in the step (d) so as to process a temporary denture. |
