Disclosed is a food frying apparatus, and more specifically, a food frying apparatus in oil and water tank, which is capable of operating safely over a wide range of water level. The present invention comprises: an oil and water tank for forming a space accommodating water and frying oil; cooling pipes comprising a vertical pipe and a horizontal pipe connected to communicate with each other wherein a vertical pipe is provided inside of the oil and water tank and provided perpendicular to the bottom surface of the oil and water tank and wherein a horizontal pipe is provided to penetrate through the side of the oil and water tank; a heating means provided in the upper portion of the cooling pipes inside the oil and water tank; and a frying net mounted inside of the oil and water tank so as to form an accommodation space for fried food. |
