Disclosed is a drug infusion device having a bendable needle, comprising: a body having, on one side thereof, a grip part which can be held by a user; a needle having a solution flow path in which a drug solution flows and a guide hole formed thereon and having one end fixed to the inside of the body and the other end extending to the outside of the body so as to be inserted into a human body; and an image measuring means disposed on the body and formed long such that one end thereof is inserted into the inside of the human body together with the insertion needle, thereby delivering an image to an external device on the outside; and a bending adjusting means disposed on the body such that at least a part is disposed on the guide hole and adjusting the position of the other end while selectively bending the needle.
