细鳞片石墨的提纯方法
摘要
本发明公开了一种细鳞片石墨的提纯方法,将石墨放入浓度为40%的氢氧化钠溶液中,搅拌均匀,之后放入反应锅进行熔融,熔融温度为450℃,熔融25min,之后在室温下冷却;待冷却至100℃以下后,水洗至中性,之后按照石墨重量的35%加入盐酸,间接搅拌30—40min,之后水洗至中性;脱水之后在40—60℃的温度下烘干。所述石墨和氢氧化钠溶液的配比为(0.5—0.6):1。方法简单,操作方便,反应时间短,有效避免严重的环境污染的同时,有效排除杂质,提高石墨纯度,且能源损耗少。
