Disclosed are an apparatus for separating a donor film and a method for separating a donor film and an organic emitting device using the same. The method for separating a donor film includes: a step of providing an acceptor substrate where a thin film transistor and the first electrode of an organic light emitting diode are exposed between bank layers; a step of arranging a donor film in the upper part of the acceptor substrate; a step of emitting a laser beam on to the donor film corresponding to the pixel region of the acceptor substrate, transferring an organic transfer layer included in the donor film to the pixel region of the acceptor substrate, and forming an organic light emitting layer on the first electrode; a step of mounting a substrate where the donor film is bonded to the acceptor substrate on a stage and arranging a cooling unit and a heating unit on the donor film; and a step of heating the stage and the donor film and the acceptor substrate bonded by the heating unit, and separating the donor film from the acceptor film while the donor film is cooled by using the cooling unit. A method of manufacturing an organic light emitting device according to the present invention can prevent particle error by removing an organic light emitting layer existing on the upper side of the bank layer among the light emitting layers formed by a laser thermal transfer method.
