A mobile device case for securely inputting user data into a mobile device, comprising a microcontroller, a communication module for communicating with the mobile device and a user interface. The user data such as PIN or password is verified or encrypted by the microcontroller of the case before being sent to the mobile device or third party. The mobile device case may have a visual indicators such as LEDs to display a selected character, the user can scroll through the LEDs using a touch input on the case or the case may receive data from the mobile device where the user can use swipes on the device interface to scroll through the indicator LEDs. The case either verifies the user or encrypts the user data so the mobile device is unaware of the data entered by the user. The case may generate user data to be sent to the mobile device or third party. |
