Disclosed are a self impression acquisition apparatus using negative pressure and a acquisition method thereof. The self impression acquisition apparatus of the present invention includes liquid or gaseous fluid which is filled in an impression material sheet and a tube, wherein the impression material sheet comprises a tube which has space for filling a fluid therein, an impression material layer which is formed to have a predetermined thickness at the outside of the tube, an outlet which protrudes from the outside of the impression material layer to be extended in a predetermined distance, has opened protruding end, and connects the inside of the tube with the outside of the impression material layer. Impression can be acquired by softening the impression material sheet of the self impression acquisition apparatus, arranging the softened sheet in an impression acquisition target part of a user, inhaling or discharging fluid inside the apparatus through a suction by a user, and naturally curing the fluid. |
