In order to improve mobility by increasing a force coupling with a healing abutment while improving hygiene by shielding an outer surface, provided is a fitting jig for a healing abutment, which is coupled selectively when moving the healing abutment to the oral region to be operated on. A healing abutment comprises: a body unit which has a coupling hole into which a fastening screw is inserted in the center so as to be fixated to a fixture and which has a plurality of D-cut portions formed along the outer periphery; and a coupling unit which is extended so as to be combined on the top of the fixture. The fitting jig for a healing abutment comprises: a jig body unit which has a through hole in the center for the fastening screw to go through, the body unit inserted on one end, and a plurality of coupling protrusions with an elastic engaging surface for fixating the outer surface of the D-cut portion; and a jig spring unit formed in a ring shape and fitted to one end of the jig body unit so as to impose an elastic force by surrounding the circumference of the protrusions. |
