According to an embodiment of the present invention, when a vehicle owner is not present, the intensity of an impact applied to a parked vehicle, a time of impact, a location of impact (GPS location or the like), a direction of impact, etc. can be recorded, and thereby the vehicle owner can definitely find out causes of damage to the vehicle and malfunctioning. The impact detection system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a prescribed terminal; a communication module placed in the vehicle for near field communication to generate a terminal escape signal if a distance from the terminal exceeds a reference distance, and generate a terminal access signal if the distance from the terminal less than or equal to the reference distance; an acceleration information unit placed in the vehicle having a mode being activated by the terminal escape signal to acquire acceleration information on an impact above a threshold and being deactivated by the terminal access signal; and an impact information analysis unit for generating impact analysis information based on the acceleration information. The communication module transmits the generated impact analysis information to the terminal via near field communication, and the terminal outputs the received impact analysis information. |
