The present invention relates to a hot-clamping method and a hot-clamping device. More specifically, the said present invention relates to a hot-clamping method and a hot-clamping device capable of reducing installation expenses at high processing speeds while obtaining an effect identical to an existing hot-stamping method. The present invention provides the hot-clamping method comprising: a blanking step of cutting a material; a cold-rolling step of manufacturing a completed product by cold-rolling the cut material; a thermal-treating step of thermally treating the cold-rolled product in a heating furnace; and a clamping-cooling step of setting the thermally-treated product on a clamp to clamp, and thereafter cooling the product while being in contact with the clamp. |
