The present invention relates to a safety alarm system and a safety alarm method. The safety alarm system comprises: a power transmission unit installed in a mobile device, and wirelessly transmitting power to an area within transmission radius; a power reception unit receiving the power wirelessly transmitted from the power transmission unit when located in the area within the transmission radius; and an alarm generation unit generating alarm sound when the power reception unit receives the power wirelessly transmitted from the power transmission unit. The power transmission unit changes the transmission radius in accordance with a moving speed of the mobile device.
