The method involves obtaining a tube (3) with a central axis (X) and axial ends. Material is discharged into the tube along an end section (15) of a radial internal surface (11) of the tube. The material is pushed towards one of the ends of the tube such that the tube has initial thickness before discharging the material and final thickness after the discharging the material. A steering shaft (5) is installed inside the tube and rotated by a guiding unit (7) with respect to the tube, where the guiding unit is tightly installed between the shaft and the end section.
