本发明提供一种清洗装置，其系具备文氏管、及具有设有用以喷出气液混合体之喷出口之喷射部之清洗用治具，该文氏管具有：导入混合有水与反应性气体之含有臭氧之气体之气液混合体之导入部、具有比前述导入部之内部截面积小之内部截面积且前述气液混合体受到压缩而流速提高之喉部、以及具有内部截面积随着从前述喉部朝向前述气液混合体之进行方向放大之形状且前述气液混合体所含之前述反应性气体之气泡崩解而产生微气泡之放大部；其中，该清洗装置系从前述喷出口喷射由前述文氏管所喷出之含有微气泡之气液混合体于清洗对象而清洗前述清洗对象。藉此提供相对于臭氧使用量，清洗力高之清洗装置及清洗方法。; wherein the venturi tube having an introducing portion that introduces the gas-liquid mixture which is the mixture of water and ozone containing gas which is reactive gas, a neck portion that has an interior cross-sectional area which is smaller that the interior cross-sectional area of said introducing portion, said gas-liquid mixture is compressed and flow rate is raised therein an enlarging portion that has a shape which the interior cross-sectional area is enlarging from said neck portion toward moving direction of said gas-liquid mixture, the bubble of said reactive gas contained in said gas-liquid mixture breaks up and micro bubble is occurred therein; and said cleaning apparatus injects the gas-liquid mixture, which is jetted from said venture tube and contains said micro bubble, from said jetting portion to a cleaning target to clean said cleaning target. ;Herewith this invention provides a cleaning apparatus and a cleaning method which have high detergency relative to usage of zone. |
