<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create recommendation information which does not reduce the purchase motivation of a user while including a relatively large number of expensive items. <P>SOLUTION: The information selection device includes: a price information storage part for storing an item identifier and price information in association therebetween; a relevant aggregation storage part for storing the item identifiers as relevant targets as well as relevance degrees showing the strength of relevance with respect to a use subject identifier; and an information selection part for acquiring the relevance degree and price information of each relevant identifier about the use subject identifier relating to information selection, and for extracting as a first selected aggregation, identifiers whose relevance degrees are equal to or more than a first relevance threshold and whose price information is equal to or more than a first price threshold, and as further identifier extraction, for extracting identifiers satisfying conditions that at least one threshold is changed to be small as a second selected aggregation in the case of extracting the identifiers, thereby selecting the identifiers as a selected aggregation corresponding to the use subject identifier relating to the information selection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
