<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cellulose acylate film that is excellent in processing suitability and smoothness of a film plane.SOLUTION: A dope 13 in which a cellulose acylate 11 is dissolved in a solvent 12 is performed by flow casting to a drum 29. A flow casting film 32 is made to gelate on a peripheral surface 29a of the drum 29 to be hardened, and is peeled off. A temperature of the flow casting film 32 is kept to a peeling off time point not to be lower than (a gelation point TG-3 of a dope 13)°C. A temperature of the flow casting film 32 is adjusted by temperature control of the peripheral surface 29a of the drum 29. A gas is sent to the flow casting film 32 by tail wind in which relative speed to travel speed of the flow casting film is in a range of at least 15 m/second and at most 30 m/second by a first air supply part 35. An angle which a direction of a gas that is tail wind and a direction perpendicular to a film surface of a flow casting film make is assumed to be in a range of larger than 0° and at most 45°. A coat is formed on a film surface of the flow casting film 32 by supply of the gas.</p> |
