<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To steadily secure tension of a plastic wrap when cutting and to restrain the plastic wrap after being cut from attaching to a cover side and from rewinding. <P>SOLUTION: A film case 1 is provided with a case body 10 with an opening 20 formed for drawing out a plastic wrap R contained from a roll A and the cover 11 which turns around a shaft 22 that extends in a longitudinal direction of the case body 10 and opens/closes the opening 20. Holding sections 31, 32 for holding the plastic wrap R between a blade 30 for cutting the plastic wrap R when closing the opening 20 and the case body 10 are installed inside the cover 11. The holding sections 31, 32 are arranged on both sides of the blade 30 in the width direction of the cover 11. Grooves 50-52 in which the blade 30 and the holding sections 31, 32 are inserted are installed on the case body 10.
