摘要 The invention relates to the fabrication of novel and improved delivery system comprising of short-chain-length polyhydroxyalkanoates (scl-PHA) nanoparticles having anticancer drug ellipticine (EPT) encapsulated therein for oral administration. The scl-PHA is synthesized by indigenous bacterial isolate Bacillus cereus FC11 (NCBI GenBank accession number JN593010) using modified GTYN medium.
